The baseball and softball fields are in good condition with well-maintained grass. The tennis courts have cracks throughout the surfaces and need repainting, but the nets are in good shape. The basketball court is old and needs resurfacing; it is cracked throughout and has no painted lines. The open playing fields have perfectly groomed grass, but the playground is very run down.
